Founder & Global Chair
Jerry Johnson is an African-American entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, former professional basketball player, and global advocate for youth development.
A former 13-year professional basketball player in Europe and multiple Hall of Fame inductee, Johnson has dedicated his post-playing career to creating opportunities for underserved youth through sports, education, health & wellness, technology, and community development.
He is the Founder and Global Chair of both I Give Foundation (USA) and I Give Impact Initiative LBG (Ghana), organizations committed to building sustainable pathways for young people and communities to thrive. His vision includes developing innovative sports, wellness, education, and technology hubs that connect local impact with global opportunity. Johnson is also the Founder and CEO of iUNGO World, a global sports social media platform focused on storytelling, live streaming, networking, and athlete development across emerging markets.
Executive Director
Cinthia Robinson is a Lancaster, Pennsylvania native whose passion for athletics, leadership, and community impact has shaped both her personal and professional journey. A graduate of McCaskey High School, she earned two varsity letters in Girls Basketball and Track & Field while contributing to district championship success and multiple playoff appearances for the girls basketball program.
She continued her academic and athletic career at Johnson & Wales University in Miami, Florida, where she played collegiate basketball and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management with a concentration in Marketing.
With more than 14 years of coaching experience, Cinthia has dedicated herself to developing and mentoring young female athletes both on and off the court. Her coaching background includes positions with McCaskey High School as Junior Varsity Girls Basketball Coach, Lancaster Mennonite School as Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball Coach, and 717 Hoop Dreams as an AAU Girls Basketball Coach.
Professionally, Cinthia serves as a Director of Operations for a Fortune 500 company, where she oversees global vendor operations throughout Latin America. She also brings more than a decade of consulting and operational leadership experience, demonstrating excellence in strategic management, collaboration, and organizational development.
Beyond athletics and business, Cinthia is deeply passionate about health, wellness, and empowering others to reach their full potential. A former bikini bodybuilding competitor, she earned Top 5 placements in both competitions she entered, reflecting her discipline, commitment, and drive for excellence.
As a lifelong multi-sport athlete, Cinthia believes sports have played a pivotal role in shaping her character, resilience, and leadership. Today, she is committed to using her experiences to inspire and mentor student-athletes, give back to her community, and promote health and wellness both locally and globally.
Director of Community Engagement
Alissa Calhoun is the founder and CEO of A.Calhoun Events LLC, an event planning and consulting company dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. With a passion for community engagement and relationship building, she specializes in planning corporate events, nonprofit fundraisers, networking experiences, and special celebrations that leave a lasting impact.
As a community leader, Alissa believes that events have the power to connect people, strengthen organizations, and create opportunities for growth. Through initiatives like She Belongs Here, she has created spaces that encourage collaboration, professional development, and authentic connections within the community.
Known for her attention to detail, creativity, and heart for service, Alissa is committed to helping organizations and individuals bring their visions to life while making a positive difference in the communities they serve. Whether she’s planning an event, building partnerships, or volunteering her time, her mission remains the same: to create spaces where people feel welcomed, valued, and inspired.

Amanda Miller provides financial oversight with a strong emphasis on compliance, governance, and accountability. With a professional background in financial services, Amanda brings a disciplined and ethical approach to budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
In her role, she works closely with board leadership to ensure sound financial governance, regulatory compliance, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources. Amanda is deeply committed to advancing the organization’s mission by ensuring financial decisions align with long-term sustainability and positive community impact.
